Molds for vacuum forming of plastics - Simple and effective
Molds for vacuum plastic forming (hooves) are ideal for forming plastic sheets into the desired shape using heat and vacuum. This rapid prototyping technology is suitable for the production of light advertising covers, blisters, plastic inserts and instrument covers.
Advantages:
- Lower costs compared to duralumin molds
- Fast and cost-effective production
- Choice of hoof material (e.g. artificial wood, resin)
We use mechanically and thermally resistant resins that are ideal for this purpose and mostly replace the duralumin molds of the past.
